Default Canyon View Mobile Home Park

I have been a renter in St. George the last two winters staying in Las Palmas and Sports Village.

Been thinking of buying a place since prices are good right now.

Looking at mobile homes in the Canyon View Mobile Home Park off Dixie Downs Road.

Is this a decent area in St. George? Is it a nice park or is it run down? Would a retired guy who likes a nice area to relax fit in there or should I stick to renting at Green Valley where it is quite nice?

Aren't you still renting the space that the mobile home sits on? You're purchasing the mobile home itself but renting the space?

Yes you do pay a monthly lot rental which usually includes some utilities. Not sure what it is in this park.

Just weighing out my options. Own a place and pay $200-$300 a month in lot rental ($2400 - $3600 per year) or rent a condo for 4 months a year at $1300 a month ($5200 per year).
