Ditto to all that you said. You are right, you can't beat the low HOA fees and friendly people too. I took my grandaughter there a couple weeks ago to the poos and she loved it. I agree it's far enough from St. George....yet close enough. A great place!

My husband & I are moving in just a few days to St. George & we are currently talking about renting in Coral Canyon to see what the community is like, and frankly, it's one of the nicer areas with rentals.

I can say I love the idea of Coral Canyon, but I'm not so sure I'm wanting to live in Washington vs St. George. Although, renting there will give me the opportunity to form my opinion about that.

But I just wanted to say, it was nice to see some comments about Coral Canyon, it looks like a beautiful area!

We welcome you, as we retired here in 05, too bad most renters don't really like to comply with our CCR's, like keeping up their yards, and some like to race through our neighborhoods on their motorcycles & their beat up cars & trucks, but of course, we call the local police each time, so that slows it down a bit. St George is nice if you want MORE crime and noise, but we like it here just fine, really quiet and we watch out for our neighbors. We do have different Faiths, as to Religion, not all here are LDS. If you decide to move here, we hope you do try to keep up your property, but again, that's why we have enforcement.....weed Nazis. And SunCor, the builder, went belly up late last year, and now Sitla, ( Utah State lands trust fund ) is trying their hand at Managing the community, so you may want to ask questions about this as well. Good luck either way!
