Smile Coral Cove Heights Subdivision

I am interested in semi-retiring in St. George and would prefer to live in town near the red cliff rather than in a subdivision. Does anyone know about the Coral Cove Heights Subdivision. We are not concerned about quality of schools and resale. We are hoping to find property in a nicer neighborhood with no one living between the back yard and the red cliff. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
