Tony's is a super fancy place.....with tuxedo'd waiters and the like....It would be a good place.....I am a little partial to the Spaghetti Factory myself.....it has character and is a little more casual.......

There is only one place to take your girl....Charlie Gito's...on The Hill, not the newer ones.

It is a genuine Italian restaurant with the finest food, best wine, and the most fabulous service of any place in St. Louis. Keep your eyes open and you will find many local celebrities enjoying a meal.

My husband and I ate at Dierdorff and Hart's last night. Best steak and lobster I've had in a very longtime, and they have a very impressive wine list. The service was top notch, and the restaurant was not annoyingly crowded and noisey. Here is a link to their site: Dierdorf & Hart's.

Good Luck!
