West county resident desperately needs a pro bono lawyer to represent subdivision in case. Have a 2010 court order on same issue, court order is being violated regarding felony theft of funds. Contacted lawyer who represented in 2010 case for free consultation. Was advised very good open and shut case due to already having court order. Just need to go before judge to have it enforced. Lawyer asked for retainer which subdivision does not have due to the felony theft of funds and funds being in the wrong hands. Several elderly residents and others may be endanger of liens placed on house due to trustees fraudulently running up bills and illegally spending subdivision funds. If anyone can help please reply asap fro further details and documents.

You might call legal services of eastern missouri or Saint Louis University School of Law Legal Clinic, John Ammann, 314.977.2778.
