Default Do online traffic school to avoid paying speeding ticket?

I moved to St. Louis a few months ago and just got a speeding ticket for going 32mph in a 20mph in Breckenridge Hills. $150... ouch. I admit I was speeding, I'm not trying to get out of paying the ticket... unless it's possible

I'm not familiar with the system here, I've googled it but found nothing helpful. Can anyone give me advice on what to do? Just pay and be done? Go to traffic school online? If I do that, do I avoid paying the $150 fee?

Thanks!!!

Go to any run of the mill traffic attorney and get it "fixed" -- that's what just about everyone in St. Louis does. What that means is you pay your original fine, a little bit extra, and say $75-125 for the lawyer and they'll change it to a non-moving violation. It costs more on the upfront but you'll get no points on your license and your insurance will not go up.
