West End Lofts in the Central West End are very nice & have awesome amenities: covered parking, pool, billiards room, gym, guest suite. They are reasonably priced, too.

^ Downside: Location, IMO. Being right on Forest Park Pkwy on the eastern side of CWE is kinda ehhh in my opinion. My good friend used to live there, though, and enjoyed it.
Did you not like Wash Ave? There are a pretty wide range of lofts there. My friend who once lived in West End Lofts moved into a penthouse loft on Wash Ave (not sure which building...) and I think it's 10x better.

^I agree that Wash Ave is way more walkable.

I don't know specific buildings down there, but there's a couple posters on this forum who definitely do!

There is this one gorgeous building right next to the City Museum that has the biggest windows and highest ceilings and they look over the outdoor craziness of the museum. I'm sure they're condos, but I've always dreamed of them ...

Bankers Lofts or the Ely Walker Lofts are my personal favorite. the Ely has incorporated a lot of the past feature and the Bankers are just amazing.

The lofts above Lucas Park are really nice and authentic. However, they are right on Wash Ave and above one of the busiest clubs in the city, so noise would definitely be an issue.

I am a he. No offense though?

Noise isn't as big of an issue as you would think. Unless you live on the 2nd floor you won't hear a lot from the business you live above. The building are big and think drowning out some of the noise.

Back in April, I went on a three day apartment hunting tour of the city, looking for a place to settle (ultimately opted for CWE). When on Washington Ave, I toured Vanguard Loft apartments, and found them to be my favorites when it comes to lofts. The one negative is that they were pricier than what I am currently living in, and the monthly parking was $100. Parking costs really matter when it comes to location.

Ultimately, the reason I did not choose Washington Ave is because I have been there at 11 pm, and it is surprisingly vacant, quiet. I remember I could not find one place to eat at that hour. It doesn't work that way in CWE, the kitchens are opened past midnight here, and the street crowd is more vibrant. That is, if you are even looking for that aspect of life to supplement your living experience.
