My boyfriend and I will be moving out of our parents house by next year. I live in Saint Charles and would like to stay like in Saint Charles, Saint Peters, O'fallon, etc; somewhere around those areas. I have looked on forrent.com but it seems like they don't show all the apartments that are out in those areas. Please Please Please list some apartments. List of things I need:

-up to $630 a month
-Large Dogs aloud
-Laundry and/or Fitness facility
-1 bed/ 1 bath...(but if I can get a 2 bedroom for under 630$ please let me know)

Also, it doesn't have to be just an apartment.

Thank you!

You should check Craigslist and ApartmentFinder.com

I'm not familiar enough with exact pricing to give more specific suggestions, but you should fine plenty of options in that price range.

look on padmapper.com or of course craigslist, because I think it is easier to find an apartment outside and apartment complex that allows big dogs. We found our apartment in the Shaw district over graigslist. We have around 1000 sq feet, washer/dryer in the basement for $698.00 a month. The heating cost are very high though, to get it around 68 F during the day (I am home most of the day) we pay around $180 a month for gas (heating and hot water) what I think is pretty steep. But our landlords (2 young guys) are very nice, but don't do enough work on the apartment to make it less drafty. When you look at apartment complexes go to apartmentratings.com to see what the reviews are. Lots of them don't have a great reputation in your price range, I saw, especially when you have a big dog. We have a black Labrador-mix and it wasn't always easy to find something decent in our price range.
Good luck

^That is high! You might consider getting a few electric space heaters. Our apartment is wildly drafty and those have proven incredibly useful. The new ones are really quite safe!

Our lease ends April 30th, thank God, and the sliding door between living room and hall doesn't close, and the door to the cellar has big gaps, no door between kitchen and hall... etc. So now we are looking soon for a nice, NOT drafty place LOL
I keep the apartment now at 65 F and when I am to cold I have an electric blanket. Thank God, we had a mild winter!!!!
