I drive by there, on Clayton Rd, a lot. Perfectly fine area; great highway access and all the shopping of the Galleria/Brentwood Blvd is right there (in fact, that might be the downside...it's kind of right on top of 170). I just took a look at Zillow, if it's the house I'm guessing, that looks like a great place! Just listed, with an open house this weekend...I would not be surprised if it went quickly...I'm no realtor, but it seems to be very well priced.

Hey, I go by there every single day! I remember we looked in that area when we were shopping for homes 4 years ago. That is a very convenient location and a nice neighborhood, although the homes were smaller and closer together than we wanted. But in the Clayton district you always pay top dollar per square foot. We ended up less than a mile away in the Ladue district ourselves where you can get a bit more elbow room for the same money, and the school district is pretty much the same quality (plus you have school bus service available.)

A friend that lives in the Clayton district has said there's no bus service, at least for elementary school, except for VICC students from the city. If you look at their financial information, they spend very little on transportation.
