Also, all of those apartments are in a safe spot. The second is the closest to the Central West End which would probably make it my pick!

Everyone, thanks so much for all of your advice. I think I'm hovering at a decision.

66xx Washington Ave, $595/mo
OR
530 Union Blvd, $600/mo

Hmm...

^Not knowing anything about the apartments and basing my suggestion soley on the neighborhood and its walkability I can safely say I'd go for the Washington property. I adore the loop.

I think that's the one I am going to go with. The apartments are of equal quality (or so it seems), but I really like what I've heard about Washington. Walkscore was a 93, which is ridiculously awesome.

Congratulations on your choice. I agree with Arag and others on this one. Delmar Loop is an incredibly fun place with a wonderful vibe.

You remember this about me!! Thanks for the caution in advance for the next dining experience.

Did you know there are a sick 53 entrees on that menu? The waiter had to come back a second time to ask what we wanted. That was a paralyzing amount of choices! Wound up eating the Canneloni.

It's a huuuuge menu for sure! I honestly always thought their food was fine but really went for the beer and because my buddy lived right up the street. Now I'm obsessed with that pizza and regularly choose it over my old standby, Talaynas.

Did not order this one: Ommegang Rare Vos Cicero's | Cicero's

Because after playing 15 holes of disc golf in the 100 degree sun, was not the right choice. However, this beer is a rare find in this part of the country. I used to be able to find this one all the time in New Jersey. I recommend one, or maybe two of these. A third one and you will have to call a cab.
