Community Supported Agriculture information
OK so I have been searching around and havent gotten very far in finding a local CSA. I am wondering if anyone has info on organizing/ starting a local CSA in the West county area. I have no doubt there is a market for it judging by the people who flock to Whole Foods. We do shop there a bit but the prices are high and when you think of how much the farmer is really getting out of that it is hard to stomach. I know there are lots of other families out there who place a high value on the quality of food they feed their families and would be willing to get involved. I just have no idea how or where to even start. I thought maybe some one more business savvy would have some ideas???
