Actually, no, I had to comment on the "10 cents higher for gas" comment. You do realize that we don't pay personal property tax on our vehicles, right? So yeah, while I'm dishing out that extra 60 cents every other week when I pump gas, I'm not shelling out $900 at tax time in a lump sum.

That being said, I'm crossing the river in to St. Louis soon, any way.

And she asked for convenient access to downtown within 20-30 minutes. I can't think of a better place other than a few inner ring suburbs (U City, Clayton, Maplewood) than the suburbs in Illinois that sit right off of 64.
