Being Mexican is not the same as being black. There are places in St. Louis where there are a lot of black/white issues, and jeff co is one of them.

You don't have to like what I say, but this is a forum where people look when they are making major life decisions about where to move their families to, and I don't believe that I do anyone any good if I gloss over things that people in St. Louis have first-hand knowledge of that a transplant will be in ignorance of.
