Very much so for the areas you are intersted in... Rockwoods Reservation in Wildwood has several miles of wooded, hilly terrain for hiking (bikes aren't allowed) and adjacent to Rockwoods is Greensfelder County park and Rockwoods Range that is a favortite for hikng and equestrian use. Situated between Eureka and Fenton is West Tyson and Lone Elk County parks with the Chubb Trail (mountain biking) that connects the two parks and go through hills and river bottoms. Babler State Park in Wildwood/Chesterfield area has all the above and offers camping as well.
