Default St. Louis for you

Well, I have been living in this area for about 45 years now - and I, am wanting to move to New Hampshire and spend alot of time in Boston!

As for St. Louis
Good job opportunities!
A wide variety of housing at a very affordable price whether you rent or buy!!

I am almost 60 now, I had a guy playing in my band a few years ago who was from Boston, he says it is too expensive in Boston and prefers it here.

St. Louis has a little of everything, culture, history, many places to see, things to do etc.
As for an area to live - I personally would recommend St. Louis Hills in the City proper, or any area along Jamieson, Hampton as it concerns 'safety'.

Affton, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Mehlville, Oakville are afe solid communites.

Also realize, St. Louis is extremely traffic -friendly especially compared with Boston!!!

You get around St. Louis in a flash, so the 90+ suburbs we have here, are like it's all 'around the block'.

Now, being that you are younger, you might prefer to be in the 'midst' of the 'nightlife etc..
Central West End (CWE) is where many like to be - it is close to Wash. U. and a lot of nightlife etc.

Do not believe all the crap about people here being 'cold' etc. hat is a bunch of garbage.

Just be who you are and as anywhere else, you will be fine!!!

I know many from New England just like it there - who knows.
I wish you well!
Ernest
