Default Best appreciation in St. Louis? hwy 40 effects
I'm predicting that if I purchase a condo in clayton right now (2 bdrm, $170k)that it will appreciate significantly over the next 2 to 3 years based on the completion of the hwy 40 construction and the stabling of the market (lower inventory levels)

Any opinions/insights on this would be appreciated. What area of St. Louis do you think will see the greatest appreciation in the next 3 years?
