yeah they aren't supposed to be playing music out loud and it's annoying. Problem is there is no one to enforce the rule. What is the driver going to pull the train over? No. When I spent time in Chicago they had conductors that patrolled the isles and squashed that noise real quick. I wish we had the same.

LMBO I wish I could see them do that on the el in Chicago. I've never seen that happen on the trains in Chicago. Buses? Yes.

No I wasn't referring to the El. We were talking commuter trains so I was thinking of the Metra, and you won't get away with playing music out loud on the Metra
