Exclamation Where to rent in St. Charles area?
My mother is wanting to move to St. Charles, St. Peters.. somewhere in this area. Rentals.com has been no help. Also, Elite Property management has been TERRIBLE. Are there any other companies or websites we can look into? She is looking for a three bedroom house with a basement. Price range is negotiable but we are trying to keep expenses to a minimum. Thanks in advance!

I am sorry you not having any luck. Have you tried calling the chamber of commerce in both towns to asked for the landlord rental listings and asked what is the local paper there as well. Then you can look it up here Missouri Newspapers - Missouri Newspaper List. Sorry that is all I got for you. I don't live in that area. Good Luck.

I would definitely check out craigslist. In a quick search here are a few I saw:
Cottage behind Main ST (broken link)
Newly Remodeled Ranch (broken link)
Nice Brick Ranch with fenced yard (broken link)
Excellent home to live in. 2.5 bt, stainless steel applliances, washer (broken link)

There were a whole bunch so i definitely suggest checking the site out! These all range between $900 and $1200. You could probably look around and find some cheaper ones or some more expensive ones.
