A close second to Cicero's. Excellent ingredients.
Also Love IMO's
The most overrated food item associated with STL. The mutant cheese is good for spackling walls, and the sauce makes a nice performance additive to any combustion engine.
and Pointer's.
Pointersaurus! The only thin crust pizza I'll eat.
Just don't go to UNO's
It's Pizzeria Uno (UNO is a card game) and they actually have a pretty good deal - two regular deep dish pizzas for $21.99. There is a minority in STL that enjoys deep dish pie. Locations in Chesterfield (Olive/I-64) and Kirkwood (Lindbergh just north of I-44).

For the Pizzeria Uno thing, I was just making a joke as to St. Louis' anti-Chicago personality. Chicago seems to have a lot of other anti-Chicago Midwestern cities around it besides St. Louis...namely Milwaukee and Detroit haha
