Default why not deliver?

Make your own pizza???

If your header is correct and you're in Westmont, IL, just run over to Connie's on Ogden just off of Cass Ave. I know I would if I could!

Any opinions on Vito's, over by the SLU campus? What style (looks to be NY)? Comparable to Racanelli's?

Also, what about Anthonino's?

Thanks!

Vito's is very good, you won't be disappointed. Good pasta too.

Vito Lafata and fam are also great people too.

HOLY CRAP!!! Finally, someone else recommends Maurizio's downtown (on Olive St.). Incredible. I LOVE Maurizio's. My wife doesn't see the big deal, but I dig it greatly.

The absolute best Gooey Butter Cake is available at Dierbergs. Very inexpensive and man I could eat the entire cake at one sitting. Make sure you eat the center last.

LOL, we already ate half the cake I made this afternoon, and I have dibs on the center! Good to see you, Rick!

You must make a good one. I love the gooey center. What I like about Dierbergs is the entire top has a light crusty sweet crunch to it with the goo underneath. I'll let you know in a little bit. Good thing they're open 24/7, I'm on my way. Just kidding, but I want to.

I have a recipe that my mom got from a bakery by Forest Park back in the '70's, it has the same crunchy/gooey top you just described, its my favorite part too.... am dropping crumbs on the keyboard as I type.

Well I meant gooey butter cake to make actually.

Is that Connie's place good? I drive by it everyday, but it looks pretty generic.
