That's a good area, but I think the west 44 area will see rapid expansion over the next few years which will make the area less appealing. Part of it's likeability is the interstate is hardly ever clogged and there's lots of rugged scenery. Once the I-state gets crowded and all the hills are endless lines of cookie cutter houses, I wouldn't be willing to make the drive anymore. Then again you asked about an apartment so little off topic lol
