Avoid Merchandise Mart as well. I knew several colleagues that resided there and not one of them had any remotely positive to say about the experience.

Well I always recommend the Merchandise Mart since everyone I talk to has had a positive experience.

Haha..yeah..maybe a little more pricey, but as STL4eva says.."you get what you pay for." And, you could always rent for a while until you decide what area you really want to live in...it's better than committing to a mortgage and ending up hating where you live.

I highly doubt mine have lower standards. As a matter of fact I havent met anyone who has given the place a bad review.
