Schools 90-100% at or above proficient
I was surprised to see the percentage of students in several school districts with a "10" rating from Great Schools Website not reach 90 - 100% scoring at or above the proficient mark. Are there any school districts in the St. Louis Metro area that reach this percentage?

I'm not sure about proficiency rankings, but if you're coming from out of state, it's important to realize that MO has some of the hardest tests in the country- they're actually changing them because of that (which you can agree with or disagree with depending on your way of looking at it)

Standards for Missouri are very high, some of the highest in the country.

Is there a website with state standardized rankings by level of complexity?
I am searching, but haven't found what I am looking for. I am also searching for average High School SAT scores.
We are in our 5th school district, and have become discouraged. The district is high performing, but we have dealt with a large amount of verbal bullying, and some physical bullying. The administration is active in resolving issues, but I feel the bullying shouldn't be present.
We are more the "City Dweller" rather than "housing development after housing development". I would rather live on a few acres, before settling in a housing development. St. Louis City is out of the plan, because private schools are not an option for us.
I welcome any opinions/suggestions about school districts with a quality education and a positive learning environment (absent of the bullying).
Thank You

I'm a little confused. What do you want out of a school other than an administration "active in resolving issues." That sounds like every parent's dream. If you're looking for a school where bullying doesn't exist, I'd start thinking about homeschooling, because there will always be bullies (I'm sure you had some in your school as a child too).

These school districts have some of the top scores in the state: Brentwood, Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Ladue, Clayton I think. As soon as I find the link I'll post it--it's over in the education forum
