Hi, I'm a St. Louis resident, and I currently live in Creve Coeur. My boyfriend and I are moving to the Brentwood Forest Condos. We viewed it and fell in love with the condo itself as well as the surrounding area.
Does anyone here live in Brentwood Forest? What is it actually like? Thanks! |

I don't actually live IN it but around it, near the school. It's very nice area with lakes for feeding the ducks but you probably already know that. You'll be very much happier when they get Hwy 40 opened and you can walk to a lot of the stores from there, which to me, is the best reason to live here. So, when you get here, welcome to the neighborhood.

The condos are from the 50's, and are small but the area has been maintained well. The complex is very large, always seeing people running, walking, biking, heading to one of the pools. The age range is very wide. A lot of young professionals starting out, especially female live there. Very central location. Some people are friendly with their neighbors and neighborhood and some stick to themselves. Very close to parks, bars, restaurants, box stores, grocery stores, (can walk to Whole Foods) bookstore, etc....The location is very difficult to beat for inner ring burb amentities. |

A little tidbit. When it was apartments it was named Audubon Park, hence all the streets named for birds.
