Greetings everyone. I'm new to Kirkwood and am finding it really nice to be here. Unfortunately, I don't have good resources when it comes to finding things, for example, local movie theaters, and wonder if anyone can refer me to a link that would help. I've been on the local Kirkwood site, as well as, askarchy but am not coming up with any, so am assuming there might not be any in Kirkwood and I might need to search in other close areas (Des Peres??). Any suggestions to help me? Thanks! Kathy

Default movie theater near Kirkwood

Des Peres would be your best bet! It's a Wehrenberg Theater and basically sits at 270 and Manchester, just west of the West County Mall.

Hope this helps. When we moved here we used Google a lot.

Welcome to Kirkwood Kathy. You will love it here!

I am currently working on a web site that is totally dedicated to the communities that are located in the Webster Groves and Kirkwood school districts.

It's not completely done and I am currently working on the local links pages so you may want to check back in the next week or so but it should be a great.

Go to: http://websterkirkwod.com (broken link)

Right now you can view links to churches and some other stuff but there is much more to come!

Thanks Ginger. I'm not interested in buying a home, but will use the many community links to help me get settled. So far, you are right, I'm loving it here! Appreciate your help. Kathy
