Default Information Please

Hello everyone,

I am just wondering what the best zip codes in the St louis area are for renting, housing. You know the nicest zip codes in terms of schools, neighborhoods and low crime areas.

Thanks,

PP

clayton (63105) is real nice, probably the most affluent inner-ring suburb, schools have a great reputation. ladue (63124) is also very highly regarded in that way. Some folks really like Webster Groves (63119 I think) and Kirkwood (63122)- they are both nice white picket fence communities with mostly good schools I've heard. I have also heard Lindeberg is a good school district, which includes the municipality of Sunset Hills (63127 I think). You get further out and you are into the Parkway and Rockwood school districts, that also have a great reputation, places like Creve Couer (63141), Chesterfield (63017), and Ballwin (63011), Fenton (63026). There the crime is probably a bit lower than the inner-ring suburbs, but the commutes are a bit longer if you work downtown. Hope this helps.

Hey, it's pick your favorite zip codes time! I think most people end up liking where they live or have lived, so I'll add the zip codes where I have lived which I have enjoyed: 63144 (Brentwood), 63146 (unincorporated West County in Pattonville/Ladue/Parkway North schools), 63117 (Richmond Heights, particularly the neighborhoods in Clayton/Ladue Schools). They all fit the definition of good "schools, neighborhoods and low crime".
