To the OP -- Central West End will be a 30-40 minute commute to your job. Traffic won't be bad on the highways.

It's not convenient to any of the things the OP wants to do, so they'd almost certainly spend more time on the road than simply commuting.

Plus, how will they make friends in Ballwin when everyone is at Mommy and Me classes?

stevio63 will become famous soon enough
Default Have it all???

Like i tell my girls....you can have it all....but don't expect it all at the same time....ballwin would be a decent place to work and live but you will have to make a choice between "life style" and "work life"...personally, i would advise you to live in the clayton area for life style.....and bite the bullet and commute to ballwin...you will be going the "right" way during rush and should be able to get there in about 30 to 40 minutes....ballwin is hard to get to fast...not really hooked up close to interstates and alot of lights.

good luck...and you will probably be at 1000 in clayton...maybe a little less...you need more clayton people to help you with numbers...i googled some places and that seemed to be going rate
