fast. It is in near perfect condition, 2 bed, 1 bath. New in 2006 pergo floors, windows, bath, kitchen counter, cabinets, siding... pretty much everything. No repairs are needed. I am getting married and moving to the city. Really need to sell. I am not looking for a profit, just need to get out of my mortgage. Very cheap. Very negotiable.
