mytjo95 is on a distinguished road
Default proof that people talk down on NOCO too much.

My partner attends UMSL, and after class this past wednesday he needed to go to Flo Valley, because he actually attends a math class there. anywoo, he ended up just taking New Florissant Rd. all the way up from UMSL to 270.

He's from Alton, IL so he hadn't been around NOCO to much in his life. However he told me that what he expected when driving up New Florissant Road was abandoned buildings, boarded up windows, etc. Reason being because that's what he's always heard from people.

He was suprisingly blown away! He especially enjoyed downtown Ferguson area. He said he saw some beautiful new condo's going up and he loved the historic feel of it. Overall, he was extremely impressed, grant it his expectations were very low, but still it's not all bad people! I love the members on this site because they have to be some of the most open minded people of all about north county, and just in general.

Anyways I wanted to post this for all the NOCO's supporters out there Anyone going to the Fall Festival in Florissant this Sunday?

Thanks for reading.
