Default Favorite St. Louis Building

I'd have to say the Chemical Building (Alexa Lofts). I've never been in it, but I like the look of it.

Built St. Louis: Historic Downtown

I think the Arch is one of the most interesting man-made structures in the world. I like the way it reflects the sky - especially during the fireworks shows on the riverfront.

I really like the Continental Life Building. I love the way it stands out in midtown.

Much of the Wainwright building has always fascinated me. As a child we were downtown so many times each month for shopping and going to the theatre. Loved the downtown section. Images of Wainwright Building, St. Louis, Missouri, 1890-91, by Louis Sullivan. Digital Imaging Project: Art historical images of European and North American architecture and sculpture from classical Greek to Post-modern. Scanned from slides taken on

However, one of my favorites will always be the wonderful Union Station. One of the best in the world, I think... Welcome to St. Louis Union Station
