Good temporary place while I look (hotels, price, housing)

Any suggestions on a good temporary place to stay while
I look for a flat in St Louis?

B&Bs expensive and hotels pricey.

Checked craigslist but if you have other suggestions, please let me know.

May need for one week, two at the most.

Must be upscale-ish

Maybe google Mansion House? I don't know much about it, other than it's downtown and has short term housing.
