We all should start pasting that link to that article in the Trib every time someone asks what to do in St. Louis -- what a great little guide. Basic, but not entirely obvious.

OK, and also this: $300M sports complex proposed for Vandalia - St. Louis Business Journal: that STLCB posted. WTF?

I actually has to google Vandalia. Just what every town of 6,000 in the middle of a corn field needs: a 2 million square-foot sports and entertainment facility

Updated: Controversial spanking at St. Louis Mills Mall caught on tape | Blog | Top Stories | KMOV.com | St. Louis, MO

I really don't think corporal punishment is a big deal. Obviously, it depends on the child. Some children respond to verbal warnings, non-physical punishments (like taking away TV), and some respond only to a spanking. If the situation calls for it, I see nothing wrong with a spanking.

Did she hit him too hard? Maybe a bit. But is spanking criminal? Absolutely not. If so, most of Missouri should be in jail.
