Default St. Louis Loft Developments

Some websites for various loft developments:
Blue Urban - GW Loft Apartments Development

^Recently opened, rental. Apparently 1BR start at $521 month, 2bed 2 bath at $681, located about a mile from Union Station (NW of it) and SLU (NE of it). 6 converted warehouses. McGowan-Walsh. Last I heard it was about 50% full. May be ideal for SLU students or young people looking for a cheap place near downtown.

Welcome to Alexander Lofts - Saint Louis, Missouri
Alexander Lofts. Not much on the site. Right next two to the Spool Thread Building. Can't find a website for that. Alexander is 1121 Locust and Spool Thread is 1113 Locust, if you want to look it up on Google Maps Street View. The Spool Thread Building is skinnier than the Alexander Lofts.

West Gate Lofts

Park Pacific Lofts (Union Pacific Building 210 N 13th St, tall white building).
Pretty building

Central West End, modern, high-end condos.

Blu CitySpaces - Downtown St. Louis Condos
Fairly cheap for sale lofts. Nice from what I've seen.

Dorsa Lofts St. Louis - Home - 1015 Washington Ave.
Cute lofts in 2 historic buildings, one of which endured a cover-up a number of years ago. The developers decided not to try to restore the original facade of the building. But it's a unique facade, anyway. Pyramid, the owner of the building, did fold, but it shouldn't put the building in jeopardy. There are currently residents living in the lofts.

Knickerbocker Lofts (couldn't find an official website)

The Alexa (Chemical Building)
The Alexa
One of my favorite buildings from the outside. The architecture is incredible.

Hopefully this will help someone.

Why aren't there just turnstiles?

I find it hard to believe that turnstiles would be more expensive than hiring new workers!!

The whole thing is STUPID.
