Question St Louis County property tax credits?
Illinois has a general homestead exemption which exempts a certain amount of property tax if the property is the primary residence of the owner. But I can't find a similar program in Missouri, I am aware of the MO Homestead Preservation credit, but this is only for seniors and disabled.

Is anyone aware of any Missouri or St Louis County property tax credits or exemptions for non-senior homeowners/buyers?
