Anyone have first-hand knowledge of: St. Louis Best Seafood Restaurant - SqWires (2008) => SqWires Restaurant • Restaurant
Blue Water Grill in St. Louis was very well known and popular over the course of its 20 or so years. They also own Big Sky Cafe in Webster Groves and Remy's in Clayton, both of which are still open for business and remain popular.

If you are ever in NYC, the much different restaurant of the same name is a favorite of mine. (They have a Chicago location now too, within the past 5 plus years or so, in River North, but I'm a bigger fan of the NYC location)

Often times you can get good seafood at non-seafood focused places. It doesn't have to be a seafood only or predominantly seafood place. Kreis restaurant in Frontenac is an example of that.

You can always go to Bob's Seafood on Olive in U.City, and talk with them. They supply a lot of local restaurants with their seafood and they would be likely to have some good information and opinions too. They do a very good job.
