I've been wanting to try the place for a while, and after seeing that article in the post-dispatch I finally made it up to the loop last night for some pizza. It was excellent, and I thought the crust especially was wonderful. It was well worth the drive from south city. It was also kind of neat to see the moon rotating on the new Moonrise hotel going in down the block.

This is a new tradition for Hobbes... go to the Pageant, eat some Pi before, during, &/or afterwards - it is tasty stuff. Good wait staff, interesting decor, decent price...

lol, as to the Obama invite - love how all the Chicago & IL places & press got their dander up cause the POTUS picked this little newcomer blip in Saint Louis over their 'famous' pizzas.
