Default Housing HELP! Metrolofts vs. The Lofts at the Highlands

hi all,
I'm moving to St. Louis from Chicago to work at Barnes for the year. I've been down to visit and I've narrowed my apartment search to Metrolofts and the Lofts at the Highlands. Does anyone live at these places who can give me an honest opinion of either?

My concerns with Metrolofts is that there didn't seem to be alot of natural light in the 1bedrooms - it seemed a little dark in all the units I went into. Also there didn't NOT appear to be enough closet space. Is this really a problem for people or was it just me?

My concern with the Lofts at the Highlands is that once the highway opens up it will be too noisy with the sound of traffic flying by. Also, I'm worried about if the traffic to Barnes during the week is worse that it might take more than 10 minutes to get there.

If anyone has any insight to either issue, I'd LOVE feedback, because I've just been going back and forth all week long about the two places.

Thanks!

The only thing I can say is; regarding the Lofts at the Highlands...who wants to live in a business park? I'd look in the Central West End if you are going to be working at Barnes.
