Anyone have personal experience of this neighborhood? I hear north of Olive is undesirable but not sure how far north.

I have a friend that used to live on Milan (that's with a long "i" in that part of town) and he tells a story of when he saw a cop chasing someone through his backyard, both hurdling the fences from one yard to the next.
