Where to purchase a loft (St. Louis, Ava: for sale, apartments, lofts)

I am considering purchasing a loft downtown. I have looked at several places including the Ventana, Bogen, Syndicate, Bankers, and the Lucas Lofts. Does anyone have any information on these locations or suggestions?

I live downtown and consider myself an expert on this topic. They are all very good choices. Make sure you take a look at all of them since they all have different things to offer. Could also look at the Knickerbockers or other resales. PM me if you have any other ?'s

If you want to wait a little longer, the Roberts Lofts, next to the Mayfair, is being constructed. They are Luxury Lofts, though.

Great Location and they are very nice however I have only been in the display once. Go check them out. They are very comparable to the other bldgs in the area.
