Question Please recommened good realtors for house buying in Clayton/Ladue school district?
Hi,

We are going to relocate (back) to St. Louis this fall. Want to buy a house (budget ~500k) in Clayton/Ladue school district. Can somebody recommend a good realtor that has a lot of experience with that area and is good at negotiating price? Thanks!

We were very happy with S. Partlow from the Town & Country office of Laura McCarthy real estate. We bought a house in that district last year.

Go to the Coldwell Banker Gundaker office in Town & Country--ask for Mary Bay. She is an awesome realtor and is very experienced in the Clayton market!

We have loved working with Joanne Iskiwitch (Joanne Iskiwitch - Your St. Louis Area Residential Real Estate Specialist) from the Coldwell Banker Gundaker office in Ladue; you could meet a nicer, more knowledgeable agent.
