I grew up in Columbia, IL and have been in the Ft. Laud area of FL for 23yrs. I am moving back to the St. Louis area with my 8 yr old son. I am looking in to Kirkwood, Webster that area. I like a small town feel but am not ready to move back to Columbia. Also I adopted my son after he was my foster child. He has been with me 4 yrs and has made tremendous progress socially. He has been in a small (9 kids in class) Christian school for 1st and 2nd grade. He has ADHD tendancies and attachment issues. He is not on meds- b/c of a lot of hard work. He has done very well but I need a setting where they will work with him and not just cookie cutter him. Any input on school districts or areas to avoid would be appreciated.
