Home inspection

Hi,

I am trying to find an Ashi/Nibi home inspectors that practices comprehensive home (interior/exterior) inspections with additional pests and swimming pool checks, spetic systems, and the whole lot...

that is reasonable with his/her fees...

I think a radon check for $150 on top of all the rest is expensive, termites at $100 is expensive...

As I want a lot, I recognise this, I'd like a fee for the whole package, what would you suggest?
