Default North County Cities/Zips

Can anyone help me determine which cities/zips fall in North county? I have a zip list but it's HUGE! Are there really 16 zip codes in North County? I'm also trying to find information on households with computers. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look?

The county web site shows a map of all the zip codes in the county here:

Your count of 16 sounds about right. It depends where you draw the line between North and West county. I-70? Page? Is Bridgeton considered North County or West County?

As for the households with computers I have no idea.

Since NOCO isn't actually a county, that's a judgement call. I'm not sure if there have been any studies done but it's called the digital divide. Poor people have less access to computers and information. Of course if they did have access they'd probably just look up how to cook meth and order hookers off craigslist anyway haha
