Oil Change in STL?
Hello all, been reading the forums occasionally this summer. I've been interning here in St Louis but will be moving back home (to Iowa) on Friday and I'm past due for an oil change. Would like to get it done before the 7-hour trek home to avoid any chance of issues. Car has 185k+ miles and I'm just trying to keep her alive for another year or two until I graduate
What are some reputable, honest, affordable places to get a quick no-frills oil change? I'm staying in the Central West End so anything in this area would be nice, but will be leaving town via 64 east--stop in downtown--70 west, so anything along that route would work as well if I do it on Friday. Also, if you could, include if they require an appointment or if it's fairly easy to get a walk-in slot.

I find that the dealers do the best jobs. To many iffy "scandals" with those quick lube places

I live in Dogtown, but I go downtown to the Midas on 4th street because, especially on weekends, they are dead. They get it done quick and get you in pretty fast too.
