Default St. Charles County Sub forum (MO)

Think we could get a St. Charles County sub forum. St. Charles county
represents a ton of people, many of whom work in St. Louis however
their issues are completely seperate from St.Louis county? Just thought
I would ask.

Thanks

I think that would be great. Sometimes the information about St. Louis really doesn't help over here.

We are moving from England to the USA and St Charles is currently top of our list. We would really appreciate a dedicated forum too.

I also think there are enough people living in the area to support this also!

I have sent a message to Administration regarding the possibility of a new St. Charles County subforum. I will post again when I hear a response regarding the inquiry.

Here's one possible alternative idea. The sticky forum thread "Touring and/or visiting St. Louis" has had only three replies and no activity in nearly the past three months. Would it be possible to unstick this sticky thread, if you will, and create a new sticky thread for issues pertaining to St. Charles County? Geographically, St. Charles County and St. Louis (city and county) are so close to each other that I'm not sure how much activity a wholly separate St. Charles County subforum would see in the long run. Maybe more than I think, but I'd be more in favor of a St. Charles County chatter box sticky thread. My two pennies...(which is about all I've got left until my paycheck gets automatically deposited in another 60 minutes or thereabouts....)

I dont think a St Charles County forum is such a great idea. It would be no more convenient to ask a question about St Charles in a St Charles forum. Plus, many of the questions posed on the St Louis forum is comparing multiple cities across the metro, whether it's Edwardsville vs. St Charles or St Charles vs. Chesterfield or Creve Coeur vs. O'Fallon MO. I think we should show some unity and we can all post together in harmony. We are not a big enough metro area to justify 2 forums, and it just furthers the city/county/county divide we already have.

Update:
No bites on the potential creation of the St. Charles County subforum, so it doesn't appear likely at this point.
