Thinking of purchasing a home in Florissant, any tips?
Hello all, great forum you have here. I'm currently renting in St. Charles, and I'm considering purchasing a home in Florissant, off New Halls Ferry, south of Lindbergh. It's very close to Halls Ferry Elementary.
Would any residents past or present care to sound off about the area? I had a friend that lived off St. Ferdinand, and I thought it was a nice, well kept area, and relatively safe from what I hear.
I've been looking at homes in the St. Charles area, but it seems like there's more bang for your buck in the Florissant area.
Any help/advice you could give me would be appreciated.
