I would rep all three of you, but I'm not allowed. Thanks for the feedback. I just learned something from all of you.
I am pleasantly surprised and now better educated on the concept. It sounds like a type of pizza I could really try to enjoy. I can't believe I didn't try Wikipedia, it seems as though there is an entry for just about everything on that site. I wouldn't be surprised if there was an entry for "fried foreskin rings".

One NY native claims we don't have any authentic NY/NJ pizza here. He could be right but I think he's somewhat of a pizza snob/connoisseur.

I've loved that stuff ever since I first went to St. Louis about 20 years ago. Every time I get there I get some. I even spent my honeymoon in the Lake of the Ozarks and made my wife go to Imos when I saw they had one there.

Extra large veggie with extra cheese and ANCHOVIES!!!! CWP, Imo's, Faratto's, Joe Boccardi's (in Eureka is best), and so much more.
Slumkane, WA (Spokane) has no good pizza. The larger West Coast cities have some good pie, yet it is that gluten-free whole wheat crust fat free olive oil clear white sauce with caviar and sprouts.
Seriously, if I end up someplace, maybe I can bake up some good pie and start a StL pizza pie trend, though with maybe a little higher rising dough as well as the matzo cracker crust.
With lots of ANCHOVIES!!!!! Triplicate ANCHOVIES!!!! Maybe some fresh PacNW salmon?!?!?!

There are some things in this world I have no ability to understand. These are things that people enjoy that leaves me speechless as to how they can really enjoy them. These include:
1. Professional Wrestling.
2. Movies with Keannu Reaves (except Bill and Ted where is inability to act didn't matter).
3. Liking Provel Cheese versus Mozzarella on a pizza.

Agree entirely on all three counts. Preferring provel to mozz on pizza is akin to grabbing a cube of velveeta on a cheese plate when there is a perfectly nice piece of gouda or brie sitting on the same plate.
I'm not one to complain when I see someone eating the abomination that is Imo's, but that doesn't mean I endorse their horrible lifestyle choice.
