So since we are all so into vitamins, is anyone other than us getting their vitamins and such through the foods they eat also? Just curious if I'm the only person that's discovered the difference of eating veggies and fruits and the energy they give you. And the "sickness" fighting that they do for you, as long as I'm eating several servings a day I stay healthy. Works better than any vitamin I've ever taken.

I eat right and excerise as well...I do not take vitamins, never did...but I may as i as age here too.

For good health...
I take about 3oz of Tahitian Noni Juice daily, along with my nootropic "brain" stack of piracetam, choline, ALCAR, with a little phenibut on occasion. How wonderful this is
I also take fish oil gelcaps.

You are absolutely correct. I have a good friend who is a nutritionist and she confirmed that most vitamins, ie, centrum, one a day, etc. are pure shallac. The are not absorbed in the system at all.
It's the billion dollar industry telling us that we need to take that crap.

I take VitaOne, Coral Calcium, drink LimuPlus, enzymes, and omega 3 form Vitamark
I feel good, allergies are mostly gone as is indigestion/hietal hernia.

They worked for me. Increased energy during the day. Sleep better at night. Decreased body fat (woo-hoo). Increased lean muscle. Oh, and I'm not sore after my workouts anymore.
I also take a nano-tech multi, green-foods, and a whey protein isolate (non-GMO)

I agree. Good nutrition comes first. But alot of our fresh foods today don't have all the same amount of nutritional value they once did.
I take a suppliment since I am nursing. A women's multivitamin every other day since I eat cereal.
Also: 7000IU of vitamin D. I've been taking for years now in the winter and haven't been sick once and work in a nursing home!!!! This is one of the most important vitamins you can take!!!!!!!! I urge everyone to at least check out the vitamin D council page.

DHA suppliments, non fish source. I also am sure to eat a serving of young fish every week. Very important for pregnant and nursing moms especially!!!!!!
That is about it. I go back and forth between milk and soy. I eat a rainbow of veggies everyday. I eat fruit and no pop or juice. I drink plenty of water and NEVER white startches only whole grains.
