It's an acquired taste but Ultimate Meal is, imo, the best protein / meal replacement on the market.
I've been using it for many years and i mix it with mostly water and a little bit of rice milk.
But again, you may not like the taste although i imagine you can make it much yummier than i do.
I just like it very simple and don't like mixing it with fruit or fruit juice but that's an option.
It's also pricier than most but i think worth it.

It's not really a protein powder but I've run across a great product called PB2, powdered peanut butter. 2 tbsp. has 45 cals, 13 cal fat, almost no cholesterol, 1.5g total fat, 1 g sugar, 5g protein and 5g total carbs. AND it tastes good. It comes in regular and chocolate.

My husband and I like Leanology by Trivita. It is very balanced, low in sugars, high in protein. You do not need to be on a diet to take it. My 6'4" son who only weighs 175 lbs. loves it after he works out. My husband and I have it for breakfast most days of the week. I like it because it does not have soy (I have hypothyroidism so should not have a lot of soy) or whey protein (whey just bothers my stomach some). My husband likes it so much he often has it at lunch too. It is not inexpensive though, but the only shake all 3 of us really like alot that works and has alot of protein.

Here is a pdf on the ingredients in it, I assume that is ok to put here:

Just so you know, I am an independent contractor with Trivita, but I am not recommending this because of that. I take other supplements, etc. from other companies. I take whatever works best for my family. I have been into nutrition for years, and rarely have found a shake I like that has this much protein but tastes good and does not have whey or soy in it. It comes in vanilla and chocolate.
