I have MS and my blood tests showed almost no Vitiamin D. I've learned that literally NOBODY with normal vitamin D levels gets MS.
I am now taking 5,000 a day but have heard of people taking much higher dosages. Does anyone else take Vitamin D supplements for MS or any other immune condition? What dosages are you taking?
Please keep us posted on how the vitamin D supplements work for you. I am a researching looking at Vitamin D and physical performance, but I have come across several peer reviewed publications looking at vitamin D and MS.

you might want to check out the Vitamin D Council as they always have lots of info and research (PubMed) posted on it about MS and other disorders as well as what's the safe levels to consume etc.
